Was your coffee loved as a bean?

This was the headline from Wieden + Kennedy's Starbucks brand campaign.

If it is the truth in advertising that lures you to love a product - this headline was cupid's arrow. It never really did make it to market. Its a shame, I always thought it was perfect.  click here for a link to the photographer's website.

I have worked at and with Starbucks for over 7 years. Friday was my last day. (BTW, voluntarily... I feel in these times its important to call that out.) It has been an amazing journey.  I have learned a great deal. It was the cheapest MBA I ever could've received. 

It truly is a people company serving coffee.
